Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Manager

  • Built and launched Conagra’s first Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand function, including strategy, activation, and implementation of the Employer Value Proposition (#DestinationConagra)

  • Was initially brought in to support 6 recruiters in 1 US division which grew to support 100+ recruiters and business partners globally in 8 countries 
  • Created and launched Life At Gallagher social channels and #lifeatgallagher. Maintained an editorial plan and content strategy for publishing as a part of the Global Social Media Team 
  • Hosted a Talent Brand Ambassador Bootcamp which was attended by 600+ partners
  • Built all career websites utilizing Taleo and their Social Sourcing platform, which got 2 Million+ pageviews a year, and did the initial build of a new careers site on iCIMs
