When I decided to become a journalist, I never would have guessed that the most exciting story I would tell is the story of work. In journalism, you’re telling a lot of different stories every day based on the audience. In recruitment marketing and employer brand, you’re telling a unified story. You’re building a novel that happens to be about a company.
Telling that story at a global and national scale comes with inherent challenges — and solving those problems is my favorite part of the job. Whether it’s writing a profile, social post or HTML code — I’m a hands-on problem-solver with the writing skills to get projects done in real time.
